Delta Airlines
I love to fly Delta and before this coronavirus pandemic, I was flying at least once a month.
I only fly Delta. A few months ago, my friend and I traveled via Delta to Orlando. When we went to get our luggage, my friend’s suitcase was completely damaged.
She went to the customer service department and they provided her with a brand new suitcase. She told me they had dozens in the back because damages happen “all the time.”
Here’s a video from CES 2020 that shows what Delta is doing to eliminate damaged bags and make their whole process more efficient.
