My upcoming book tour is right around the corner. As you know, I wrote my third book, From Couch Potato to Endurance Athlete – A Portrait of a Non-Athletic Triathlete. The book is about my journey over the past 10 years and includes my business life, personal life, and my running and triathlon journey.
Tours are set around the country but for this blog, I’m only mentioning the ones that are in August and some in September. I’ll announce new ones shortly.

Barnes & Noble in Boca Raton, FL – August 6
On Saturday, August 6 at 1 pm, I will be at the Barnes & Noble in Boca Raton on Glades Road. Bolay is the sponsor of this tour and they will be providing cookies and giveaways to participants. Following the tour, we will head over to the Bonefish Grill in Boca Raton and happy hour will start from 3 pm to 5 pm. Free appetizers will be given out to all guests. Barnes & Noble in Carle Place, NY – August 10
Our next stop is on Wednesday, August 10 at 6 pm at the Barnes & Noble at Carle Place. Here, I will do a reading and book signing. The partial proceeds from this event will benefit Social Media Association, a group I formed nearly 20 years ago to empower social media managers to learn and grow. Lake Grove Barnes and Noble will be announced shortly. They were doing some construction in the store and had to push off the book tour. The proceeds from this tour will go to the Lightning Warriors Triathlon Team. They are a Junior triathlon team run by head coach, Noah Lam.
