Product Review: Instavit Vitamins
If you’re like me, you have a hard time swallowing pills. I know my mom had the same issue and so do I, especially if they are large like the calcium pills. So, when Instavit approached me to be a brand ambassador, I told them that I wanted to try out the product first, make sure I love it, before endorsing it.
And you know what? I love it. (So I became a brand ambassador.)
Instavit is a line of oral sprays for the whole family including Sweet Dreams, Instant Energy, Vitamin B12, Clearer Thinking, Vitamin D, Daily Health, Immune Strength, Instavit for kids, and Prenatal Care. Each bottle is portable and comes in a 14 oz spray bottle, which contains 28 doses per bottle. Each is sugar-free, filler and binder-free contains zero calories, and can be sprayed directly into the mouth. (In addition, they are all gluten-free.)
Sweet Dreams — uses chamomile and melatonin to help improve your natural sleep cycle. I’ve been using this to help me get to sleep and it works, so far, like a gem!
Instant Energy — This includes a blend of caffeine and Vitamin B to help you improve your alertness and fight fatigue. The best part, you don’t get those sugar crashes!
Vitamin B12 – Promotes brain health, mood-boosting supplement and is suitable for everyone including a vegetarian.
Vitamin D — If you’re lacking sunshine, this one is good for you. It promotes healthy bones, teeth, and immune functions.
Daily Health – this is a multi-vitamin in a spray and includes vitamins A, D, E, B12, B6, Thiamin, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid. I’ve been taking this every day and definitely feel a difference.
Immune Strength — This contains Vitamin A, E, and B6 along with Zinc and Selenium to promote good immune health. You can also pick up Seamoss Power, which is coined as an ultimate organic immune booster.
Prenatal Care — If you’re pregnant, now you don’t have to swallow those “horse pills,” Instavit Prenatal Care will do the trick. It contains 800mcg Folate and 400IU Vitamin D3 along with other vital vitamins and minerals.
Instavit for Kids – This is a multi-vitamin for your children. It tastes like Watermelon and your children won’t mind taking this.
Clearer Thinking – This is for those days that you feel fuzzy and want to have better brain health, focus and concentration.
Dr. Jatin R. Joshi who is a London based plastic surgeon and his wife, Dr. Sonia Joshi, a London based periodontist are founders of Instavit. They invented instavit when Dr. Jatin Joshi was 80 pounds in the ICU. They needed something that would be easy to digest and take and from there, the product was launched around the world.
I never like to swallow pills so for me, this product is perfect and it’s particularly handy for travel. Retail price: $15.99.
