Paul Evans Catering Cookies Review
I’ve been using Paul Evans Catering for years to cater dinner parties and/or in-house parties where I want to make a huge splash. Paul Evans Catering also catered my husband’s 50th birthday party and had servers along with bartenders. It was a beautiful affair.
In addition to their amazing food, they also bake delicious desserts! Most recently, I had the opportunity to sample some of their cookies. (Interestingly, you can order cookies for your college student, for your out of state relative or just buy some for you! They ship everywhere within the continental US.)
Almond Shortbread Cookies – the cookie is small but compact. It has crushed almonds on the top and when you bite it, it has a bit of a lemon flavor to it. It’s sweet, yet not that sweet and goes perfect with a cup of coffee.
Macademia Nut with White Chocolate – I love white chocolate, so I love this one! It’s sweet, the white chocolate melts in your mouth and it’s an exceptionally big cookie.
Peanut Butter Cookie — I never thought I would like peanut butter cookies but these happen to be delicious. I generally would shy away from them, but I’m glad I didn’t for this review. They have fresh peanuts in them and they seem to melt in your mouth. They are sweet but still have that delicious taste of good, natural peanut butter. They are incredible!
Chocolate Chip Cookies — They are soft, chewy and the chocolate chips are incredible. They melt in your mouth! This is probably the best chocolate chip cookie, I ever had! (And, unfortunately, I’ve eaten a lot of
chocolate chip cookies in my life!)
Oatmeal Raisin – Generally speaking if I had a choice
between all cookies, the Oatmeal Raisin would be my go to cookie. It’s soft, yet slightly crunchy. They use real oats and raisins in the cookie and they are truly delicious. You can taste the cinnamon. The flavors just dance around in your mouth, they are that good.
I have nothing bad to say about these cookies and as a matter of fact, I had some extras that I passed around to random people on the street. They agreed that the Paul Evans Catering Cookies were exceptional.
