Could you imagine an ice cream made out of coconuts and not cream and still taste delicious? Nada Moo Ice Cream is made of coconut, uses agave syrup for sweetener and plant-based foods to make up their new ice cream line.
Smore’s
Nada Moo’s PR firm sent me a couple of containers of the Nada Moo Smore’s flavor ice cream. They also sent a package of marshmallows, a piece of dark chocolate, and graham crackers to make our own smores!
One night, I pulled it out after dinner and asked my family if they wanted to give a taste. I didn’t tell them what was in the ice cream, I just said it was regular ice cream.
We roasted the marshmallows, put them in between the graham crackers along with chocolate and a scoop of the Smore’s Ice Cream, and WOW, it tasted delicious! I was shocked!
My family loved it!
Nada Moo Ice Cream
I asked my family to taste the ice cream without the Smore’s to see what they thought. They agreed, the ice cream tasted delicious.
It doesn’t taste like Breyer’s Vanilla Ice Cream. It definitely has a different taste. You can taste the coconut water and the agave, but it also tastes thick and creamy. I don’t know how they were able to achieve that.
The ice cream comes in a variety of flavors ranging from the traditional vanilla and chocolate to birthday cake cookie dough and banana caramel crunch.
The ice cream is “certifiably good for you.” It uses all-natural ingredients and is gluten-free.
Where can you find them?
The company started in 2004 as a family-owned and operated business. Nada Moo has an official brick-and-mortar store in Austin, Texas, but you don’t have to travel to Texas to find their products.
If you go on the website and type in your location, there will be a list of places that you can buy Nada Moo Ice Cream. For me, I saw that I can find it in Jandi’s in Oceanside and also Shop & Stop in Merrick.
