Each meal comes in a recycled bag with all of the ingredients. The only thing you need to supply is olive oil, butter, salt and pepper. Otherwise the package has everything.
We have had everything from fresh trout to Mexican dishes. There are all different types of foods from all around the world and each week, you get to pick what you want.
How to Prepare
When the box arrives, there is a step by step menu of how to make everything including the protein, vegetables, and starch. It’s easy to follow and the prep time doesn’t take long. It’s a great activity to do with the entire family!

I’ve been so happy with each box we have received. Everything is fresh and ready to go. Everytime I open the box, I’m pleasantly surprised at how fresh and nicely packaged everything is.
