I started to exercise about two months ago. I decided that I wanted to get into shape, loose weight and change my lifestyle. So, I joined New York Sports Club. I also hired a personal trainer at the club.
Since then, I haven’t taken a break. I’ve been exercising every day for at least 1/2 hour to an hour and a half. Yes, my clothes are fitting me better. And yes, I have so much more energy. And yes, I even lost about eight pounds.
Why am I complaining? I’m not. I just feel like I’m in pain all the time!
But then on the flip side, I ran a mile yesterday without stopping. I was so impressed, I did it again today going faster! (Tomorrow I may shoot for two miles…)
Tonight, I had my trainer and it was tough. Every time he asked me to do something else I felt as if my legs, then my stomach, then my arms would fall off! I’m not kidding. It hurt!
I guess what I’m looking for over here is some inspiration from those of you out there who have changed their lifestyle to include exercise. Tell me, does it ever get easier?
