The other day, I received flowers in my office.
Could it be from my husband? No… he doesn’t send flowers.
Could it be from my parents or children? No… I send them flowers they don’t send me flowers.
Could it be from a client or business associate? I shook my head…
I opened the box, excited. And in it were beautiful tulips in every color. Who could this be from? I thought.
When I read the card, I saw it was from my new accountant. She just wanted to thank me for my business and looked forward to helping my business grow in 2010. Now that’s customer service…. She absolutely made me feel special.
