I recently had an extraordinary culinary experience at Garrison’s in Austin, TX, at the Fairmont Hotel.

As soon as I stepped into Garrison’s, I was greeted by the warm ambiance and the tantalizing aroma of the prepared dishes and the evening started with an intriguing appetizer – a biscuit served with honeycomb-shaped butter. Yes, you read that right! Butter is shaped like a honeycomb, infused with honey’s sweet, aromatic essence.
The biscuit itself was perfectly baked, warm and flaky, and the honey-infused butter added a dimension of flavor that was both surprising and delightful.
